Deliveries

Pick Up In Store

You can order products on our website and collect them from the Diesel store of your choice. All you have to do is to select "Ship the order to a store" as your preferred delivery option at checkout and to choose which store you’d like to have your order delivered to.

This service is offered at no additional cost and the usual shipping methods can be selected.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection at the store.

In order to pick up your order, you will need to bring with you:

- ID
- Shipping confirmation email (printed or on cell phone)

Your order will be held in store for 20 days. If you do not collect your order within this time frame, the order will be returned to our warehouse and we will automatically issue a refund.

Christmas Delivery

STANDARD DELIVERY: We suggest you complete your Christmas orders by the 17 December at 11 am GMT.

EXPRESS DELIVERY: Delivery is guaranteed by Christmas Eve for orders placed before the 23 December at 9 am GMT.

* Exceptions: remote areas with limited UPS service coverage may have an earlier Guaranteed Delivery cut-off.
You will be clearly informed before concluding your order if guaranteed delivery is not applicable for this Postcode.

Countries to which we deliver

The website should automatically recognise the Country from which you are connecting.

It is possible to change the Country of delivery by clicking on the link to the country change that you can find in the corner of every page, with the exception of the Shopping Bag.

Orders made from a Country site different from the one you are shipping to, or to addresses to which our courier cannot ship (P.O. Boxes or General Delivery/Poste Restante addresses), will be automatically cancelled.

Shipping methods

You may choose the shipping method you prefer between Standard and Express. Check Shipping Times and Costs here.

Remember that the delivery times include working days only, and that holidays are not considered.

Please note UPS may not ship to certain locations in your Country: you can check the addresses to which the courier cannot deliver in the second page of the Shopping Bag.
The courier UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or to General Delivery/Poste Restante addresses.

Tracking the delivery

You may track the delivery of your order by using the Tracking Number provided by the courier.

You will find the Tracking Number for your order either in My Order or in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Registered users can also check the status of their orders in My Account.

The courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the package for two consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time.

Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse.
