Returns and Refunds

Return Procedure and Conditions

We have arranged a totally hassle-free return procedure to make your online shopping even easier and more immediate.
We gladly accept returns within 30 days from delivery date. Here’s how:

  • Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached. Items cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way.
  • Fill out the online Return Form within 10 days from the delivery date in order to get a Return Number.
  • Ship your parcel with a shipping service of your choice and at your expense making sure that the package reaches our warehouse within 30 days from the delivery date to the following address:

Please remember to hand in the 5 copies of Proforma Invoice you find in your package to the shipping service you opt for.
These forms are necessary for Customs clearance so please do not insert them into the package. You can download an empty copy here.
The refund you will receive will include both the cost of the returned items and the order shipping costs (Standard service level).

Notes
  • We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time
  • Send your return from the same Country in which you placed your order. We will not be able to accept returns from different Countries.
  • Returns which do not respect the conditions above or with missing or incomplete Customs documentation will be refused and returned to the Shipper.
Your return package will be accepted within 7 working days from the delivery date at our warehouse.
